We are seeking a seasoned Talent Manager to drive team growth and development in our dynamic organization. This role involves expertise in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and integrating new talent.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes that seamlessly integrate new hires.
- Maintain and organize internal knowledge systems, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
- Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across a remote, international team.
The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations, with a proven ability to manage remote teams. Strong organizational and documentation skills are essential, as is experience building and managing onboarding systems.
