Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop HR policies, coordinate training and development programs, and foster a positive workplace culture. The role involves working closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Skills in developing HR policies and coordinating training and development programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Pervious experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
