Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of our finance systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability. They will also apply data modeling techniques to design efficient and scalable data structures that support our finance systems' reporting and analysis requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure to support finance systems.
  • Apply data modeling techniques to design efficient data structures.
  • Manage data integration and transformation processes using ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand their data requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality data is available for accurate processing and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer handling finance systems.
  • Expertise in data modeling techniques and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of banking finance functions.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and their applications in data management and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
