Regional Business Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Trillium. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion across the Information Technology and Services sector.
Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Establish and achieve annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets through effective sales forecasting and planning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats, informing sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- Team Development: Supervise and manage regional sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the IT industry.
Preferred Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration or related field; experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
