Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Avanceon Middle East & South Asia. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing the delivery of aftermarket support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account performance, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and prepare regular reports on account activities and sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize revenue and profitability, proactively identify and address client needs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of digital solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
