Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central Pakistan. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and business expansion through effective relationships with existing and new customers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, enhancing chefmanship capabilities and ensuring effective distribution management.
- Conduct regular kitchen trainings with chefs, sharing best practices and market feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin, to inform strategic decisions.
- Execute projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies, leveraging analytical skills to optimize results.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, enhance efficiency, and implement benchmark models where feasible.
