We are looking for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central Pakistan. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth and business expansion through effective relationships with existing and new customers.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, enhancing chefmanship capabilities and ensuring effective distribution management.
  4. Conduct regular kitchen trainings with chefs, sharing best practices and market feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Analyze financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin, to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Execute projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies, leveraging analytical skills to optimize results.
  7. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, enhance efficiency, and implement benchmark models where feasible.
