About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Gujranwala. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business expansion through effective relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, enhancing chefmanship capabilities and ensuring effective distribution management.
  3. Conduct regular kitchen trainings with chefs, sharing best practices and market feedback to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Analyze financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin, to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Execute projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies, leveraging analytical skills to optimize results.
  6. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area, enhance efficiency, and implement benchmark models where feasible.

What You Need to Succeed:

Experiences & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred

  • Basic culinary knowledge and understanding
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
