
Sales Lead Generation Expert

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching and building relationships with agribusiness clients, including distributors, millers, food producers and agri-input providers.
They will own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing and post-sale support, working closely with commercial and product teams to align client needs with tailored product offerings.
Negotiation and deal closure skills are essential to deliver value for both the client and company. Additionally, market trends and customer data analysis will help identify new business opportunities and target segments.
Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention is a crucial part of this role. Representation of the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences is also required.
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, customer feedback and competitor activity will provide valuable insights for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the agritech or agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively pitch to clients and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Problem-solving mindset to quickly adapt to client needs and business challenges.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand pricing, positioning and sales metrics.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy individual comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
