About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless integration of SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms to drive optimal system performance and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce downtime, and enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to prioritize and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of service tickets.
  • Generate actionable reports on daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance activities to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule inspections or corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs to ensure data quality and consistency across monitoring systems.
  • Support root cause analysis and incident reporting processes to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
