Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Collections Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong numeracy skills, and a proven track record in collections experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of debt on assigned country portfolios, using established business rules, processes, and methodologies. This will involve prioritizing and managing a challenging workload, whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure that all communications – both internal and external are accurately documented.
  • Proactively manage daily / weekly / monthly reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Work as part of the Collections team to drive best practice in Collections activities, to improve DSO and cash-flow, and minimize ageing debt.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the EMEA Collections Manager to assign monthly targets and ensure timely resolution of queries/disputes. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Sales, Billing Teams, Treasury) and external customers to resolve any issues.
