About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Agent. As a key member of our contact center section, you will be responsible for handling customers' inquiries, requests, and complaints in a positive and effective manner.

Responsibilities include responding to incoming calls promptly and accurately, providing information about products and services, and processing bookings, modifications, and cancellations. You will also be expected to promote the company's products and services through cross-selling, convert lead calls into sales, and support the team in daily operations to maximize productivity and cooperation.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in using technology systems and tools like Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and Urdu languages
  • No hearing or speech impairments

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is flexible and able to work shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights. Prior experience is not required, but any experience is an advantage. If you have a good understanding of market trends, can build sales techniques, and handle customer issues under pressure, we would love to hear from you.
