
Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive individual to support daily office operations and ensure smooth task execution.
Job Responsibilities- Manage travel documentation collection and submission efficiently.
- Handle documentation submission matters related to external entities.
- Perform outdoor banking tasks as required, ensuring secure transactions.
- Conduct market visits and collect samples from vendors, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Assist with attestation and notary public-related work, providing excellent customer service.
- Procure local market items, including groceries and office supplies, to support employee lunches and overall office productivity.
- Perform all assigned outdoor tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure regular dusting of the office premises, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- A valid driving license is mandatory for this role.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
