Role Summary – Lead Generation

Award-winning digital marketing firm is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals experienced in generating high-value leads.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

• Consistently generating qualified leads through effective outreach and relationship-building.

• Achieving monthly lead generation targets with a high conversion ratio.

• Building long-term client relationships that lead to upselling and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's services, including SEO, GMB optimization, and website development.

• Engage in high-conversion sales conversations with potential clients.

• Ensure smooth handover to project and operations teams post-sale.

• Maintain accurate records of deals and client communications using internal CRM tools.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in generating sales or business development (at least 2–3 years).

• Strong understanding of SEO, GMB, and website development concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience in cold calling, objection handling, and client negotiation.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate new leads through research, outreach, and relationship-building.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve quarterly sales goals.

• Utilize industry knowledge to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
