Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote / Flexible

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a commission basis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential leads across various industries.
  2. Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other communication channels to generate interest in our services.
  3. Qualify leads and understand their needs to match them with appropriate services.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing them with information on our offerings.
  5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  6. Track and report on lead generation activities and performance.
  7. Close deals and earn commissions based on the services sold.
Key Skills:
  1. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in digital marketing, web/app development, or related fields.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to earn commissions.
