Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all talent acquisition administration processes for new hires and internal moves. This includes CV management, system updates, interview scheduling, offer letter and contract creation, processing expenses, and vendor invoice management.

You will coordinate pre-employment verification with external vendors, ensuring seamless candidate onboarding. Your administrative support will include updating requisitions and posting high-quality job adverts aligned with our employer brand on various job boards.

We are looking for someone to provide administrative assistance in assessments and candidate selection. This will involve setting up candidate profiles, retrieving profiles from relevant websites, and preparing documentation for review.

Your responsibilities will also include scanning and inputting hardcopy applications into our HR system, preparing them for review, and issuing data protection statements to applicants.

Additionally, you will print and organize documentation like CVs for Talent Acquisition staff, schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments, manage diaries, book rooms, and arrange facilities including video conferencing.

You will assist in organizing assessment days and career fairs, liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely processing of candidate expense claims, and produce and distribute hiring forms, offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packs.

Your role will involve monitoring and following up on administrative deadlines such as contract returns and start dates, and managing routine and urgent transactions efficiently.

We also need your help in supporting work permit and international talent move administration, and completing pre-employment standards, including issuing contracts, induction packs, and confirming start dates and responsibilities.
