Financial Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to supervise the accounts payable department and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Oversight: Manage the accounts payable department ensuring efficient performance in accordance with company policies.
- Financial Governance: Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions for accurate and timely financial records.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies functioning accurately and on time.
- Tax Obligations: Oversee all tax-related processes and support taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs.
- Financial Reporting: Track the company's financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as requested by supervisors.
- Payment Transactions: Oversee payment transactions and track status of all transactions within the company and external vendors and contractors.
- Procedure Standardization: Standardize procedures for efficiency, create internal templates, and improve in-house processes.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to communication requests.
- Aging Minimization: Minimize payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
- Query Resolution: Resolve queries in a timely manner ensuring high-quality services.
