**Job Title:** LinkedIn B2B Paid Ads Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a LinkedIn B2B Paid Ads Specialist. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets on LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
- Use advanced LinkedIn tools to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
- Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content that engages prospects.
- Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in running B2B LinkedIn ads for lead generation in the IT or B2B industries.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn tools, including Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc., with proven numbers to generate warm leads from different geographies.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
