
Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and build a database of prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
- Continuously refine and optimize lead generation processes to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging lead generation tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new leads.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Providing regular updates to management on lead generation progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
