Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations management team. This role will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of all operational activities.

  • Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing and textiles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Production planning: Develop and implement production plans that meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Quality control: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing effective quality control measures.
  • Logistics: Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Workforce management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational goals.
