Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized part-time Strategic Operations Coordinator to oversee various projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, timelines, and processes while monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or issues.

This role requires effective communication with stakeholders about project updates, changes, and deadlines. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

About this Role:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and processes
  • Regularly monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project updates, changes, and deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless task execution, meeting deadlines and staying within budget
  • Provide regular reports to management on project status, milestones achieved, and lessons learned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software such as Asana
  • Understanding of Agile methodology is a plus
