As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating all annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and reporting activities to drive full P&L impact.

Key responsibilities include managing financials, reviewing deals, ensuring SOX compliance, forecasting revenue and costs, and overseeing project accounting.

You will provide leadership in developing and implementing financial policies, processes, and tools to enhance business performance.

Direct management of financials will require advanced analysis and knowledge of business strategy to integrate financial goals with organizational profitability.

Key qualifications include general business acumen, the ability to manage projects or programs in Finance, and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Objectives will be established to meet specific goals, with delegation of assignments to others as needed.

Evaluating and selling alternative solutions will be essential to influencing outcomes.

Ultimately, this role is responsible for achieving goals that impact costs, personnel, and deadlines within the client organization.

A successful candidate will partner with client groups to provide technical expertise in developing their business strategy.

They will also establish and recommend changes to policies, leveraging expertise in business partnership, forecasting, budgeting, or accounting.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, with an MBA or CPA preferred.
