Talent Acquisition Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and organized talent acquisition specialist to contribute to our recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates across various functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical competencies, soft skills, and overall fit within the organization.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and assist in crafting effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the logistics of the interview process, coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that reflects the organization's values and culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, including executive and specialized positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency in English both written and oral.
