Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing multiple projects, applying project management principles, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project activities across all phases, based on project management principles and best practices.
  • Evaluate project deliverables for quality and timeliness within budget parameters.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope, identify risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Communicate with team members to clarify project expectations; delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Guide the team in self-organizing to fill gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
  • Multitask and apply innovative management techniques.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members.
  • Pursue opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.
  • Perform a final quality check and approval for all project deliverables.
Requirements
  • A strong technology background is essential.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance concepts is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English.
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and working independently.
  • Soft skills including moderation, facilitation, presentation, and conflict resolution.
