Guest Relations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Guest Relations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide warm and professional welcome and farewell services to guests and visitors.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  3. Respond to phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  4. Process guest requests for additional amenities and services.
  5. Maintain a record of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
  6. Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Receive and distribute incoming mail to the relevant recipient.
  8. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  9. Schedule and book meetings as needed.
  10. Provide administrative support for various office activities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or administrative roles is preferred.

Education:

  • Master's degree is preferred.
