As a key member of our team, the HR Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR operations. This position requires strong process execution skills, attention to detail, and employee experience expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Onboarding and Documentation Management:

    • Manage pre-onboarding processes, collecting and accurately filing all necessary employee documentation (offer letters, CNICs, transcripts, etc.).
    • Create and update employee records in HR systems.
  2. Probation and Performance Management:

    • Oversight of probation completion processes, ensuring timely form creation, feedback collection, and approvals.
    • Conducting probation meetings, sharing feedback, and applicable benefits.
    • Managing end-to-end 360-degree performance review cycles, including form distribution, feedback collection, performance meetings, review delivery, and communication.
  3. Employee Relations and Retention:

    • Timely addressing employee concerns, queries, and grievances in a professional manner.
    • Organizing engagement initiatives such as birthdays, annual events, and employee gift packages.
    • Maintaining and monitoring employee retention data, alerting on issues in a timely manner.
  4. Policy Management and Compliance:

    • Ensuring policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across teams.
    • Collaborating with leadership to update policy manuals and ensure company-wide adoption.
  5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

    • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing by maintaining HR update sheets and coordinating with finance.
    • Overseeing employee benefits, including claims, queries, and coordination with finance.
  6. Offboarding and Exit Management:

    • Oversight of resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities.
    • Conducting exit interviews and processing final documentation.
