Marketing Email Campaigns

  1. Execute and maintain marketing email campaigns using Zoho CRM tools.
  2. Create targeted email content, track performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  3. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and industry regulations.

Cognito Forms Development

  1. Develop and maintain Cognito Forms for data collection and workflows that support business operations.
  2. Integrate Cognito Forms with other systems using Zapier for seamless data flow.
  3. Ensure data consistency across systems through regular data synchronization and reconciliation.

Zapier Integration

  1. Proficient in using Zapier to connect various apps (Cognito Forms, Stripe, Zoho, ClickUp) and automate processes.
  2. Automate tasks, trigger actions, and streamline workflows to improve productivity.
  3. Troubleshoot and optimize Zapier integrations for maximum efficiency.

QuickBooks Online Data Loading

  1. Enable and maintain data loading into QuickBooks Online for accurate financial data transfer and reconciliation.
  2. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth data integration.

Data Manipulation (Excel/Google Sheets)

  1. Proficient in complex data manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  2. Analyze, transform, and validate data for decision-making and strategic planning.
  3. Create macros, formulas, and custom functions as needed to support business operations.

Data Accuracy Testing

  1. Conduct rigorous data accuracy testing across applications to identify discrepancies and anomalies.
  2. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure reliable data and high-quality outputs.

Customer Acceptance Testing

  1. Perform customer acceptance testing for web and mobile applications to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
  2. Provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in most of the above skills is required.

A minor in Marketing, Accounting, or Finance is a plus for this role.
