About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Expansion Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our SMB clients, identifying growth opportunities, and providing solutions that meet their needs.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to stay up-to-date on market trends and provide consultative insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and assessments to identify opportunities and align solutions.
  • Support contract renewals and ensure customer retention.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree, with international experience preferred.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant or transferable experience post-higher education.
  3. Strong ownership mindset, driving results from opportunity identification to closure.
  4. Leadership or management experience influencing stakeholders and decision-makers.
  5. Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and influence outcomes.
