Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, punctual, and energetic individuals to generate insurance leads through cold calling using a provided script. As an Insurance Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers and introduce them to our licensed agents.

Responsibilities:

  1. Make 400 calls daily to identify potential customers interested in our insurance products
  2. Transfer interested prospects to the licensed agent for further consultation and sale
  3. Work punctually and consistently to meet daily targets
  4. Open to both freshers and experienced candidates who can adapt quickly to our sales process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
