Job Opportunity

This role focuses on fostering strategic partnerships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet key objectives. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service through tailored financial solutions while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new, priority-qualified clients.
  • Providing services to assigned client portfolios, such as dormancy removal and service requests.
  • Cross-selling relevant products to clients based on their needs.
  • Increasing wealth management penetration by adding new clients to existing portfolios.
  • Migrating clients to digital channels for routine banking transactions.
  • Converting assigned leads into new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
  • Implementing client journey interventions for priority clients.
  • Conducting periodic risk reviews of clients within the portfolio.
  • Updating Know Your Customer (KYC) information as required.
