Job Title

We are seeking a strategic HR business partner to join our team.

  • This role will focus on managing the complete domain of HR, org support services (plant admin), payroll/time office, and employee engagement for all frontline employees.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely advice to supply chain management regarding people management issues. This includes offering case law accurate advice to line management on grievance and disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on recruitment and cost management.
  • Develop strategies for hr dispute resolution and make organizational decisions.
  • Collaborate with sdt team on training strategies at all levels.
  • Manage communication plans to ensure engagement and two-way communication.
  • Lead and support ohs and di initiatives.
  • Plan and design annual hr initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Partner with functions to plan and execute annual events like away days, aop sessions, and quarterly meetings.
