We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our team in the capacity of Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and email marketing, with a proven track record of creating effective email campaigns and developing strategies to drive qualified leads.
- Job Summary:
This role involves identifying new leads, nurturing existing leads, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract, capture, and qualify potential leads for our products/services.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads, leveraging various tools, platforms, and industry networks.
- Optimize lead funnels and develop lead scoring to improve targeting and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or similar role.
- Proven expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tools (Apollo, Snov.io, or SalesQL, etc.) and techniques, with proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, with a creative flair for engaging email content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, list segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability.
