Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Fraud Investigation Specialist. This role involves conducting thorough investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and policy violations across various branches and departments.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, investigative, and interviewing skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. They will be responsible for gathering evidence, identifying root causes, and preparing detailed investigation reports with recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Gather evidence, identify root causes, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, HR, and risk management teams.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent future incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Criminology, or relevant field (CIA/CFE preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in fraud investigation, internal audit, or risk management.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with microfinance operations, lending processes, and regulatory expectations.
  • Ability to travel to field offices or pan-Pakistan branches as required.
