
Account Growth Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in business development and sales. The Account Growth Specialist - Food will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain baseline sales with all customers/region for Food customers
- Address customers' basic day-to-day commercial/technical queries and issues
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive best practice and leverage knowledge, resources, and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in B2B food/pharma industry
- Strong technical and commercial background
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
