Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Understanding: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating them to the sales team.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to showcase properties to potential buyers.
- Site Visits and Demonstrations: Conduct site visits, provide demonstrations, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- New Business Opportunities: Maintain good relationships with clients and actively seek out new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Education and Experience: A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in sales or a related field.
- Sales Passion: A genuine passion for sales, commitment to excellence, team building, and customer service, with a strong alignment with our core values.
- Professional Background: 4-5 years of sales experience, with prior management experience preferred.
