Product Specialist L1

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our software product.

Your technical expertise and passion for learning will enable you to provide top-notch support and ensure that our customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide first-level support to customers on product inquiries and issues.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to understand and communicate new features and updates.
  • Product Configuration and Troubleshooting: Assist customers in product configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Document and escalate technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Information Presentation: Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare: Familiarity with healthcare is advantageous.
  • Team Collaboration: Eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work independently and efficiently. Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours.
