Job Title: Customer Support Professional

BIGO is a fast-growing Singapore technology company dedicated to creating a better-connected world. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. User Experience Enhancement: Execute strategies to achieve measurable targets in user activity, retention, and revenue growth by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  2. Data Analysis: Extract key insights from data to identify and address user recharge obstacles and adjust tactics accordingly.
  3. Event Organization: Organize at least three innovative and engaging online events each quarter to increase user participation and enhance the overall user experience.
  4. Service Delivery: Provide effective customer service solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher with proficiency in English.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) with the ability to develop data-driven operational strategies.
  3. High execution capability and accountability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, particularly in managing low user engagement.
  4. Extensive experience in user operations and customer service, especially in handling high-value user needs.
  5. Ability to accept rotational shift.
