Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition and employer branding team, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing employer branding initiatives to position our company as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various agencies, collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in creating and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation as an attractive workplace, develop content for social media, careers pages, and other employer branding platforms, partner with the regional employer branding team to design and execute campaigns, track and analyze employer brand metrics, and provide insights on how to enhance visibility.
  • Partnership with Academia: Partner with universities to create media masters & internship programs, work with universities to offer GroupM management trainee and internships that provide students with real-world experience and exposure to our company, assist Senior Manager in attending and managing career fairs, hosting recruitment events, or conducting interviews on campuses to identify top talent early in their academic careers.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, media, digital, and operations, to ensure alignment on recruitment and branding efforts, stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in talent acquisition and employer branding.
