About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  6. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and stay in close contact to discuss their requirements and preferences.
  7. Overall responsibility for account management and activities supporting business leads and client retention.
  8. Play a crucial role in new business pitches and effectively onboard new clients to ensure seamless integration.
  9. Identify new potential customers and increase account volume along with profitability, driving business growth.
  10. Explore new business prospects while staying focused on company objectives and key performance indicators.
  11. Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest features, products, and market knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Foster positive relationships between the organization and the client by paying attention to details and delivering results.
  14. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • 1-5 years of experience in the sales industry or relevant field, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
