Customer Experience Expert

We are looking for a Customer Experience Expert to assist our clients' customers with their queries and concerns, providing an accurate resolution via call.

A sense of humor is helpful, but we care more about personality, passion, and work ethic. This role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through courtesy, attention, and a friendly image
  • Assist customers with their items purchased through e-commerce websites
  • Convey interest in each customer through proactive communication
  • Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the e-commerce website
  • Follow standard processes and procedures when resolving customer queries
  • Stay up-to-date with system information, process changes, and future updates

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • O-Levels or above
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
