Main Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in live chat support or customer service, particularly with technical inquiries.
- Excellent written communication skills with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Familiarity with live chat software and ticketing systems.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts, including remote night shifts.
- High level of accuracy in query handling.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical knowledge of software or web platforms is advantageous.
