Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality interview questions that assess modern AI-enabled engineering skills across various domains.
- Drive excellence in Karat's interview content through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
- Professional working experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or another agentic AI solution for software development.
- Experience working remotely with global teams.
- Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
