Technical Interview Specialist

Karat's Technical Interview Content team creates high-quality technical interview questions used to assess engineering talent globally. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust repository of technical interview content across various domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality technical interview content using modern technology including generative AI
- Partnering with sales and client teams to present content capabilities
- Collaborating with the deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients
- Reviewing and iterating Karat's interview guidelines for conduct and scoring
- Working with the interview delivery team to revamp engineer onboarding for interviews
Requirements:
- 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience
- Experience participating in sales calls and discussions with prospects and clients
- Experience working with generative AI solutions
- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience conducting technical interviews
- Project, product, or program management experience
- Experience in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments
