Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage multiple complex programs of work.

The successful candidate will have strong relationships, influence, and strategic thinking skills to implement solutions with partners.

  1. Manage multiple large concurrent technology programs or portfolios.
  2. Be highly organized and detail-oriented; self-motivated.
  3. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
  4. Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects; able to distill data and articulate rationale for making difficult trade-offs and prioritizations.
  5. Motivate teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple geographies.
  6. Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive large-scale technical delivery at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead program delivery to support long-term business objectives that are complex and integrated.
  2. Create clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
  3. Design, develop, and manage complex integrated roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to the changing needs of the customer.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery.
  5. Capture, resolve, and escalate risk & impediments to ensure that program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered.
  6. Support senior-level executives and communicate program-level status and information to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery.
  2. 3+ years of experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.
