At our organization, we are a complex and dynamic entity with opportunities for advancement. We seek someone highly efficient and organized with attention to detail.

The role is responsible for preparing and posting monthly allocation of corporate costs to all business units, approving payments to key IT vendors, and preparing quarterly lead sheets for all balance sheet and income statement accounts.

The ideal candidate will have strong written, oral, and computer skills, with experience in preparing journal entries and public accounting or large corporate experience. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) software and Blackline experience is considered an asset.

  • Prepare and post monthly allocation of corporate costs to all business units
  • Approve payments to key IT vendors
  • Approve corporate fixed asset purchases in the Materials Management System
  • Prepare quarterly lead sheets for all balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Prepare a quarterly listing of stock equipment deployments
  • Prepare a quarterly SRED credits workbook
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by corporate finance management
