Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - USA with a strong background in finance and accounting, specifically from an ACCA qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large, strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent relationship management and service delivery. This role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Ensure consistent high-level service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, sales, and operations to align on client needs and ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms with clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for account growth.
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's goals.
Requirements:
- ACCA qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing large or key accounts, preferably in finance or related sectors.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred:
- Experience in handling accounts within a corporate or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting and budgeting.
