As a Payments Professional, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy of all settlements.

About the Role

This is a key position in our team, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all financial adjustments are processed correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Handle and post manual adjustments across various financial transactions.
  • Balance Recovery: Assist recovery agents in investigating and resolving negative balances.
  • Anomaly Resolution: Identify and resolve any unreconciled entries with support from relevant teams.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams such as Settlements and Customer Experience.
  • Risk Mitigation: Escalate high-risk issues and suggest mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, SLAs, and processing manuals of all given tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0–2 years in processing, settlements, or reconciliation in fintech or banking.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is your default; accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Problem Solving: You spot gaps, ask the right questions, and fix root causes.
  • Collaboration: You work openly and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Accountability: You take full responsibility for your tasks and follow through on commitments.
  • Process Improvement: You're curious about how things work and how they can be better.
