Strategic Operations Lead

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams to ensure seamless execution of our operations. Your primary goal will be to facilitate effective communication among stakeholders across different regions, including the USA, Australia, and Pakistan.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Conduct regular analysis of data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in running successful operations in BPO or Call Centers. A degree from a reputable foreign or local university is mandatory.
ITIL and Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
