
Event Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Sales Venue Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our event venue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs to maintain the venue's facilities.
- Procure groceries, tools, equipment, and other supplies needed for venue operations while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Provide informative and friendly tours for potential clients and visitors.
- Coordinate logistics, bookings, and staff assignments for scheduled events to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage documentation related to bookings, vendor contracts, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Process all payments related to venue bookings in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Schedule visitor appointments accurately and coordinate their timings to minimize conflicts.
- Ensure all paperwork and approvals are completed and organized before each event.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks such as creating promotional materials and digital content to enhance the venue's visual appeal.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements to ensure a secure environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in venue, event, or operations management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Basic maintenance and facility oversight skills to handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Proficiency in inventory management and procurement processes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) are an advantage to create engaging promotional materials.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate events and client requests.
