Job Title

We are seeking a Survey Associate to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

This role is ideal for individuals with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or other Social Sciences, and 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

About the Role

The Survey Associate will be responsible for designing, piloting, and conducting survey exercises in collaboration with the project team. They will also review digital survey tools, manage budgets, and implement real-time survey progress trackers using Google Sheets or Microsoft Power BI.

Additionally, the Survey Associate will oversee training processes, maintain databases, and troubleshoot immediate concerns of stakeholders regarding project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Design and pilot test surveys in collaboration with the project team
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Implement real-time survey progress trackers
  • Oversee and monitor training processes
  • Maintain databases and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or other Social Sciences
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing large teams and creating workflows
  • Ability to resolve on-ground challenges
Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in working with geographical data using ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Maps, and Google Earth
  • Working knowledge of QField app
  • Experience with data collection software (e.g., SurveyCTO, ODK)
  • Basic understanding of STATA, R, or Python
  • Familiarity with analytic tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Google Analytics
