Senior IT Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Information Technology department. This is a key role that will be responsible for building the IT capability, managing resources, formulating the IT strategy and roadmap, and ensuring synergy across functions and clusters.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. IT Capability Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall IT capability, ensuring it aligns with business growth plans.
  2. Resource Optimization: Effectively manage IT resources to ensure they are utilized efficiently to meet business needs.
  3. IT Strategy Formulation: Develop and maintain an up-to-date IT strategy and roadmap, aligned with strategic requirements and business growth plans.
  4. Synergy Across Functions/Clusters: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and clusters, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  5. Monitoring IT Project Progress: Regularly monitor the progress of IT projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
